Dr. Saz Madison is the founder of Madison SRC (MSRC), the company behind Portico. MSRC builds the technology and administrative infrastructure behind
enterprise-level psychological assessment for police and public safety — supporting pre-employment, leadership competence, and safeguard evaluations performed by licensed psychologists.
He also leads Savoir Group, LLC, the professional psychology practice whose licensed clinicians perform the evaluations delivered on Portico. Savoir Group carries forward the work of Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc. (FPA), the only Black-owned police and public safety assessment firm in the Midwest, serving approximately 60 agencies across Missouri and Kansas, where he built the data foundations that later shaped Portico.
