We drive positive outcomes for public safety agencies and the communities they serve.

Our Services

  • Pre-Employment

Our hiring evaluations use validated, job-relevant measures to assess decision-making, stress tolerance, and risk factors. Findings are clear and defensible, designed to support fair selection and reduce turnover. We communicate with care, respect candidates’ dignity, and keep the process transparent for all stakeholders.

  • Fitness for Duty

Following critical incidents or performance concerns, we assess readiness to return with structured protocols and coordinated input from leadership and clinicians. Recommendations balance individual well-being with operational safety and policy requirements. Every step is handled with discretion, clarity, and respect for the employee.

  • Promotions

We evaluate leadership potential with scenario-based assessments and evidence-driven tools that map directly to role demands. Guidance emphasizes accountability, judgment, communication, and team impact. Candidates receive practical feedback that supports growth while helping agencies place the right people in high-trust positions.

  • Safeguards & Wellness Checks

We provide proactive, confidential check-ins that identify stress, burnout, and emerging risk early, before they affect performance or safety. Using structured, evidence-driven screens and brief interviews, we offer clear next steps, from short-term strategies to referrals and follow-up. Leaders receive high-level trends to guide support and policy, while individual privacy and dignity are rigorously protected.

Dr. Saz Madison

Dr. Saz Madison is the founder of MadisonSRC (MSRC). MSRC provides enterprise-level assessment for police and public safety. Using structured, evidence-driven methods, it strengthens pre-employment, fitness-for-duty, and promotion evaluations. He formerly owned and led Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc. (FPA), the only Black-owned police and public safety assessment firm in the Midwest, serving approximately 60 agencies across Missouri and Kansas. There, he built the data foundations that later shaped the MSRC platform.

Saz has worked in public safety assessment for more than 20 years at the municipal, county, state, and federal levels. Previously a tenured professor at Rockhurst University, his research focused on practical tools that elevate judgment, ethics, and communication across diverse communities. This early work foreshadowed his ongoing commitment to scientifically rigorous and responsible practices that strengthen trust between agencies and the people they serve.
